Horrible ,terrible customer service

I went to steers in tembisa at hospital view by engen garage, we where assisted by hendrica at the till point, we placed an order for wacky Wednesday, we wanted chicken burgers and she and the one preparing the meal rudely rep**** that the is no chicken but we where staring at the chicken, when we then said but the is the chicken fillet in the clear plastic ,she rudely told us its frozen and not ready we should come in an hour to buy the is nothing she can do. And she brushed us off, why would I come in an hour when am hungry and need food .if this is how customers are treated at this joint am deeply disappointed .. I will not set foot at the steers again
