Horrible Steers Service and Staff...Steers Newtown Total garage

Today for the Fifth Wednesday in a row I ordered online again at Steers newtown total garage and again had to wait over an hour to get my meal...I asked why for the fifth time in a row I order online and still wait an hour only to have the guy at the back say " they give online meals away because people order online and dont collect " I even took a video of this...not to mention the attitude and laughter that was poured at me by the staff mocking me for not being happy but still remaining polite...they said they ran out of rolls and lettuce and I should wait they going to buy rolls at SPAR...Bree SPAR that is...I wait forthe rolls and what not cause I didnt know steers buys Spar rolls and when the rolls get there...they take orders before they get to me of people who came after when they finally take mine which was placed an hour ago they give me a wrong order which I return wait 5 min and then lose my patients and ask for my money back and again made a mockery of and had a verbal altercation with one of the people who made fun of me and only to have the staff gang up on me on how I should take my money and go...I buy my wacky Wednesdays every week and deal with one issue or the other...and they geylt away with treating us customers as they wish...I will have to go to bed having not eaten cause of the staff of steers...unpleasant people we deal with every wednesday because it's busy they claim...which might be true but in no way does it give them the right to dob this...
