HORRIBLE STEERS EXPERIENCE

Steers engen sunset beach . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I bought a kiddies meal and I was told it comes with juice ,when I got home to my surprise there was no juice in the bag.i called them and requested the lady who assisted me “seeing her name on the receipt” to my surprise it wasn’t even her cashing machine she signed in with someone’s name ? . Now I start asking her about the juice and all she could tell me was to come back to the shop and get it (at that point we are visitor,we can’t be busy up and down at night )?.It wasn’t even busy for her to forget what we ordered .i am so annoyed .
