Horrible service - Steers Broadarces, Fourways

Horrible service from the Steers in Broadarces,Fourways. I placed an order using the steers app and the funds were deducted from my account. I then never received the order and when i called the restaurant they informed me that they never received my order, however, they would process a refund?

This is the second time that this is happening from that steers in broadarces, How is it that they claim to not have received an order but are able to process a refund?

The first time this happened, i waited over 10 days for a refund which never came through and i had to contact my bank to assist with the reversal.

When you also call in at the steers in broadarces, the manager is never available and the people there are also never able to provide a concrete explanation or even try to come up with a solution.

Never ordering from them again, the service is appalling.
