Horrible service from bluff steers

Yesterday 01 May, I called your bluff branch at 16:30, spoke to a lady, placed my order and she advised me it will be 45 min for delivery. I ended my call and proceeded with my things. Later on my hubby Said we have been waiting hours now, so I decided to call again at 18:05 using the same number *** numerous times, pressed option 2 and NEVER got through, called again and pressed option 1 at 18:10 I spoke to a lady who first put me on hold then told me to call again and press option 2 to query about my order. So I have in total made 22 calls starting from 18:05, ending at 19:01 when the calls failed to go through. So guess what, we ended up eating bread for supper and my kid fell asleep before having anything to eat. Wow, not even a call from the bluff branch to tell me to make another plan, just a no show. Super disappointed, this use to be my favorite place to eat but just feel so let down, won't be supporting anymore
