Horrible service

I ordered food online and someone from they store in tshwane regional mall called to confirm my order and asked me what time I will collect the food,but before I can answer that person they had already hang up. The time my boyfriend got to the store to collect the food the staff said they knew nothing about an order placed online, my boyfriend called me asking about it when I spoke to them in the store they stated to say that now they can see the order. Please train your staff on the correct customer service this didn't need me to call and ask about my order if they had done they jobs in the correct way
