Horrible service ever

The most unbelievable experience ever we have orderd online 18:21 expect our food to arrive 1 hour later well an 1 hour and 30 min past and no response from them I called while I called I checked online how far is the order it was still busy preparing then all of the sudden online you can track the order now 2 hours later our order arrived we dit not receive 2 kiddies meal's and we have ordered 2 burgers with 2 patties and got only 1 on each burger no large chips and the the lady that talked to me when my wife called said Im so sorry mam but we are really busy now in my eyes no matter what if you have taken an order you must make sure it is correct and out on time Steers Phillip nel park is the most up to **** place under the sun and let me tell you this is not the 1St time this has happened I'm sick and tired of this.
