Horrible service delivery

@Steers your services are very horrible. I once ordered a wacky Wednesday meal from Steers Maponya Mall in Soweto,which was not delivered on the actual day I ordered, called Steers customers services which turned out to be not helpful. Called again the next day got empty promises that it will be delivered and still did not receive the order. I keep calling customer service everyday to escalate the matter and refund me back still that did not happen. The Steers Manager at Maponya Mall continued promising that he will make sure that the order is delivered till to this day I never received my order or refund.
