Horrible service !!!!!!!!!

Steers Bloemfontein Showgate. On 2022-02-16 I placed an order on their app to be collected at 18:00. When I arrived, the order was not ready and they didn't even start it. When I got home the order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 chicken and to beef burgers but I got 4 chicken burgers. Not only was the sauce that I ordered for the burgers wrong they poured the mayo sauce in a plastic cup and did not get the barbeque sauce that I paid for. This was not the first time this happened. I tried to phone the steers but I was cut off 3 times. The staff there are *********** and I also assume that they are illiterate. I will not recommend Steers Bloemfontein Showgate at all. They have terrible service and customer service!!!!!!
