Horrible service

We placed an order at the Bluff that took over an hour and 30 minutes then we got a call from the driver after an hour demanding that we start outside when we had been waiting out side for over an hour when the food finally arrived it was cold and tasted horrible we were given a case number on 16 July to this day we are still waiting for a call
