17 Jul 2022, 19:45 Bad customer service On the 3rd 9f July, went to Steers in North Beach Durban. I ordered chicken salad and waited. 20min later i asked how far is my order, i got no response from the lady who assisted me instead one old lady screamed to someone at the back and asked how far. The person named "Mancane" didn't respond. I enquired again minutes later and still no response, staff was just going on about their day. I later asked to cancel but the lady who had helped with the order was still ignoring and going on with her duties. Eventually i screamed and ask to talk to the manager, still no response but the lady finally went to the manager, came back and gave me money. Not even once did I get a feedback on the order or an apology for not getting the chicken salad
