Horrible service

I had the worst experience with a steers Highlands Shopping center where the teller didn't want to give me my order because I chose the collection option on the Mr D app... He was so rude and proceeded to say he's not in a mood when I'm enquiring... He Claims they don't deal with customers but only drivers... He was very rude and ****y but does not know the daily operations of the shop.
