Horrible service at Steers Queenswood

I ordered 2 hours ago via Steers website. When I initially called they firstly couldn't find my order then told me it was for collection even though it was for delivery.

Only after correcting them did they tell me the order is already out to be delivered. Here I am 20mins later still no food. This Steers isn't even 5mins away from the delivery address.
