Horrible service at steers comaro crossing oakdene

I called steers at 19:08 on *** to place an order for collection by comaro crossing oakdene. A lady took my order nicely even confirmed it back to me. She said I can collect in 20 minutes using my nameas a reference. My husband went to collect on his arrival they told him that there was no order placed. He wanted to replace the order again they told him they no longer taking orders at 19:47. I called the same number to confirm my order they said he can place the order. Just to have another story and say that there is no buns. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. Is this how they treat customers. I have all the call times. My husband had to drive to the Glen to place and collect the order and wait again. Steers really need to up their game.
