Horrible service at Steers Clubview

Hi. I have to report this as it is the 3rd bad experience at Steers Clubcrossing. We ordered 4 Large milkshakes and received the regular cup sizes. We waited 30 minutes in the parking lot before I decided to send my daughter inside. Customer that came after us were leaving and we were still waiting. The lady at the counter had a attitude when my daughter produced the slip and asked if the milkshakes where ready. They only prepared it while she was standing there. Only to find regular cups and I got vanilla while I ordered strawberry. I am very disgusted with the poor Customer service.
