Horrible Service at Steers Cavendish

I had a horrible encounter with a cashier who answered my call by the name of Lucy Mbusi after I ordered from steers Cavendish using their online delivery website, they got my order wrong and when I called in Lucy tells me she will send me free food next week Wednesday that time I live 10min away and their store is open, they then send an aggressive delivery man after some back and forth of me telling them they must rectify my order because I paid for my order ,this delivery man gets here an 1 hour later demanding I go back up and get the incorrect order before he hands over my food ,he then drives off with our food and comes back after 5 min buzzing our flat non stop refusing to exit until my mom comes down to tell him to leave. I called the store back and they instruct me to hand the phone to the aggressive man who is saying we want to ***** the food that I have already paid for ,he then proceeded to swear all the while having the lady employed by steers Cavendish by the name of Lucy , on speaker so she can hear everything however still cannot resolve the issue.

He then drove off saying he going to eat our food.

I am appalled.
