Horrible service at Steers Bronkhorstspruit whole family sick after smelling chicken

Hi what a horrible day i had. my whole family is sick, kids having a running tummy. we bought chicken at steers in Bronkhorstspruit we all ate and left a piece for my husband after few hours the chicken was smelling horrible. I decided to call them then i was told to bring the pieces left we went there with my husband lil did we know the horrible attitude recieved from the manager making a scene telling us how we already ate some chicken and we will recieve those 2 piece chicken. She started swearing at us after throwing us with our refund and telling us we can even go report her at head office she doesnt care we can go to nearest hell she was swearing in front of staff n other customers.

This is a horrible experience i would not recommend steers to friends n family if the manager behaiviour is like this what about staff member.

i have never been this disappointed and worse my kids are sick and we also having running stomach and vomitting.The manager said she doesnt care even if we get hospitalized her name is Nomonde we can even tell steers head office.

Steers South Africa is this the way customers are supoused to be treated?
