Horrible Service and Rude manager.
<p>Steers Grahamstown (High Street) and their management is so Rude, unprofessional and non client friendly. How do you take 1 Hour 30 minutes to bring an order, then make the unavailability of the client at that time their problem. As for the manager on duty today (02/08/2017) I have no word for how he lacks both people s****s and professionalism. Client dissatisfaction is clearly not an issue when it comes to how Steers operates. Also them calling ages before they get here is appauling. I waited 10 minuutes outside for them to accuse and insist that I was not there. What a waste of 2 hours of my life to be hungry. Also I am a paying customer and not a student. </p>
