Horrible Service

I order a quarter chicken and I was told they're busy cooking and I must wait for 30 minutes. That was at 19H45 and it's now 20H30 still waiting. No update whatsoever as to how far is my order. This is not happening for the first time, it's a repeated issue over and over. Staff doesn't seem to care or bother at all. This is really a bizarre service, it's unacceptable at all. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to visit or support this outlet at all.
