Horrible Service

Last night, after ordering a King Cheeseboy meal (double pattie) using the steers app, I went to pick up my order at Steers Kloof, KZN, when I got back home I realized I had been given the wrong burger, a regular cheeseboy (single pattie), which is a reasonable mistake.

However I called the call centre 5 times trying to resolve the issue and they kept saying are unable to contact the store, and i also got transferred to a number from the call centre, and when the call was taken, the man that answered said that it was the wrong number.

This morning I have still haven't heard from anyone regarding the issue.

This service is appaling and something needs to be done to make it easier to contact a specific branch
