Horrible Service

Hi Steers, <br> <br> yesterday I experienced the most shocking thing ever. I went to go buy ribs at Steers Protea Glen Soweto, while waiting for my order. The pregnant lady who works there, took a tomato bare hands and ate it in front of us. She then came back to mop the floor, and I dont even know if she was mopping at the back. In all honesty this is unhygienic. Not to mention that I waited 33 minutes for food. When I walked in the lady at the till was eating her supper at the till area while almost all of them were glued to the screen watching TV. To prove that this is just unhygienic. The gentlemen who was preparing our burgers took the plastic hand covers and used them to prep our burgers, which is what I normally see at other joints, which is standard procedure. <br> <br> In all honesty I don't get why such things happen, Can Steers management check footage if they want to investigate. <br> <br> Please have this matter dealt with, its wrong.
