Horrible service

Ordered a meal for delivery and waited a good hour and my order never arrived. Called again to check why it was taking so long, no valid reason was given to me, instead I had to repeat the order. I then waited another 30 minutes and still hasn't arrived. Called again to check on the whereabouts of the order, was told the order just left the store. When it arrived 7 minutes after the previous call, the order had the wrong sauce as I ordered mild and the order came with HOT sauce. It's actually the 2nd time I am receiving a bad service from same store. 1st time I ordered a Rib burger and Rave burger was delivered to me.
