Horrible service

On the 25/06/2025 I had placed an order on the Steers app. I was charged R15 for delivery and I also paid around R20 for the driver tip. The order was place for the Chatsworth plaza branch. I had waited two hours and made 10 calls and was told once that the driver was 5min away. I was told twice that the manager will call me. I then went to that branch and spoke to the manager. My order was not even prepared. I want my extra money that was paid. I even contacted customer care but nobody call me back. ***-J3S6Q09 was my Ref.
