Horrible Service

Last Week Saturday I purchased an order from Steers at Engen in Newcastle. The page just kept loading after order was payed for via online, and they never delivered, after contacting the branch they refused to give me a refund and said their manager will contact me on monday, it is now thursday, I have also emailed the main email for steers with no reply. What utter disgusting service is this. This is theft.
