Horrible food from Steers Promenade

Just bought a chilli cheese burger and large chips from Steers Promenade in Mitchells Plain (delivery) and it's utterly horrible. Never have I ever had such horrible food from any other Steers before. The large chips looks like it's a kiddies portion, it's half cold and tastes like it was yesterday's chips reheated in a Microwave. Paid so much for such poor quality and taste. Never will I ever buy from Promenade again.
