Horrible Food and Service,Raw burger

I visited Steers Belhar today, and ordered 4 meals + 3 milkshakes. (order 66). After waiting for 30 minutes, the food came and the milkshakes were wrong, the manager who was making the milkshakes became annoyed when I told her they were wrong and she redid them TWICE and eventually we left.

When we got back to work, the milkshakes were so bland, just milk with barely any flavour. of the burgers, the triple cheese one was raw, all 3 patties (I have pictures for reference). I tried calling them but no answer.

I won't be able to go back there today but that manager is so rude and impolite, she has no customer service etiquette and their food is cold and raw, not what one would expect after spending R344.
