Horrible experience
Specific to Engen Hatfield Steers:
Absolutely shocking! Rude and *********** staff. I have experienced this in person but now over the phone I received impatience and was hung up on. I love Steers but this has completely put me off of it. Additionally, no refund for a cancelled order on the app.
