Horrible customer service from Steers The Glen

Terrible customer service form Steers The Glen!!! I made an order for delivery on a friday night with a craving for the Steers Cheesy chips! When my order arrived- no cheesy chips. So I called and was told they are aware of the mistake but noone is able to deliver so can we collect on Saturday anytime during the day. I was happy with this solution (it was not ideal but they made an effort so i was fine)...HOWEVER I was not able to make it on Saturday and when I made a plan to get there on Sunday I was horrifide by the response i was met with. After waiting 10 minutes to speak to the manager to get my "conselation" pack of cheesy chips I was told that no they don't feel there was much wrong becuase i was only missing sauce from my order there was a pack of chips given and the only thing missing was the sauce. The entire Product was missing!!!! Chips and cheesy chips are 2 different products with 2 different prices and if i wanted plain chips i would have ordered it. The irritating part is that over the phone they were willing to assist and made me specifically make plans to get to their store and then they wasted my time when i got there. I find it absolutely terrible!!!! Don't waste my time for nothing - not sure about when i'll be back at Steers...
