Horrible burgers

I ordered a original steers burger at Steers Carnival City,the burger was horrible. The roll was extremely dry,there was no cheese no lettuce, just a bit of sauce. Furthermore on your screens the burger has two patties,my burger had only one burger. My friends and I were not happy with the food,it was horrible.
