Horrible beef rib

About 3 weeks ago I bought beef ribs which tasted horrible like they were defrosted and warmed up, I lodge a complained a case nr CAS*** H8G7K8 was given since then I have not heard from steers thr service is as horrible as the food served. Still having nausea from that experience
