I called Steers Engen Clayville at 14:39 to make an order and I believe I spoke to Godliver Ramahama. She asked what time will I be at the restaurant to collect. I then said in 20 minutes (at 15:00) however I arrived at exactly 15:10. When I got there I told one of the waitresses that I was there to collect an order and she rep**** saying that they did not receive a call. Godliver then interjected by asking if I am the customer that said I will collect in 20 minutes. My food was not ready and I had to wait for another 12 minutes to wait for my order to be made. I only waked out of the restaurant at 15:22. This is totally unprofessional and disappointing knowing very well that this particular steers franchise is not a very busy one to make a telephonical order and still have to wait like a walk-in customer. My uber even charged me more than I had to pay due to being necessarily delayed. Surely, there’s no sense of team work there and it is highly safe to conclude that Steers Engen Clayville does not respect and value customers time and money. Respect your work and take your customers seriously. Its disgusting.
