I've for the past 3yrs had the tradition of treating my family to meals including Wacky Wednesday and Debonairs pizza on Sundays. I placed an order at 21:32 and when it was served it was stone cold. I queried this and was told to f-off as all was in order. I demanded and got a refund. I'm livid and never again shall I purchase from Steers or Debonairs in my personal capacity. I regret having ever associated with this pathetic and uncouthy organisation which is not customer centric.
