Holes in milkshake cups

My daughter was at your Brackenfell branch to order burgers and 2 milkshakes. The one cup had a hole at the rim of the bottom and they put the cup in another cup which also had a hole in it. More than half of the content ran out in the car on the way back to Bellville. She tried to stop the leaking cup with the few serviettes but it did not help much. She also ordered an Original King Steers and a Big Bacon King Steers Burger and got two Big Bacon King Steers Burgers. I called and after several transfers got thru to manager called Pricilla who says she will investigate and offered another milkshake. Really? We have to drive all the way from Bellville back to Brackenfell because of their mistake. Go the extra mile for your customer and offer to deliver at your own cost. Absolutely shocking service.
