Highly disappointed in Steers Mall at reds!

I placed an order today for 3 wacky Wednesday, 2 large chips, 1 cheesy med chips and 1 soft serve through the drive through. When i received my order the lady handed me the soft serve and the bag with the food, i asked if everything was in there as i couldnt look as my hands were full and i was trying to hive my toddler the ice cream. When i arrived at home and wanted to dish for my kids I only received one wacky special and the chips. I called the store and they advised me to come to the store. I did and they then rectified my missing items. I also asked for 4 burgers without garnish and without sauce. When i then came back the second time and dished the food i was very disappointed. The burger rolls were rock hard, the one large chips had a dead fly in it. 2 of the burgers that were supposed to have no garnish and no sauce... ended up having more mayo and mustard on than any other burger i have ever ordered. I an so angry that i wont even call the shop as i have had to go get other food for everyone to eat for dinner. The manager was so helpful when i got there the second time however how can they give old rolls and old lettuce? And not to mention the dead fly!
