highly disappointed customer

Yesterday i ordered a Burger that contains Ham and a medium packet of chips, it was around 15:45, i waited and waited for my order to be delivered but nothing, at around 17:00 i started phoning the shop, only to find that the number is not going through, after long time of trying to call the delivering man was on my gate at about 18:00, the packaging of my food was so dirty and greased, i have never felt so disgusted, the food was so cold, the chips were not crispy at all, i couldn't even bring myself to eat that food. i'm so disappointed in steers..if you need proof of the packaging i will send it to you
