HERE WE GO AGAIN - STEERS RUSTENBURG SQUARE

I can't tell how many times I have complained about this place. From cold food to waiting over 3 hours for a meal, and yet the journey continues. It is always something new. Today I ordered a Bacon and Cheese chicken burger for lunch. It arrived soon enough and the food was not cold this time. As I took my first bite of the burger, I noticed that it was Beef and not Chicken... at first I thought it might have been me that ordered incorrectly... but it wasn't. It seems that no matter how many times I order from steers, there is always something wrong. Do Steers managers and head office just not care about the bad reputation they are receiving at the Rustenburg Square branch? This is unprofessional. Please talk to your people, one mistake I can forgive, maybe two... but EVERY TIME I order there is something wrong? Nee sies man!
