Heidelberg Steers

Placed an order with steer around 5 time everytime waiting for more than an hour and a half food is cold and still have to pay full price complained everytime and still say result, last time send food back and told them they can keep the food, asked to speak to manager started to transfer the call then they hang up on me. Places like this needs to rather close the doors not worth placing and order with them
