Heidelberg mall Steers and Fish aways most horrible service

Steers Heidelberg.. Manager Romona a for steers and fish aways... Placed kerbside collect order at both stores waited for almost 30min, had to go in. Just to find the order was not even prepared at Steers and at fish away it was done, but at both shops it was more important for staff to talk with other people than to do their work. When meeting the manager I fully understood why this was the case, because even she, can only say, O sorry.. That's it. This is unacceptable.. For health reasons I order kerbside collect, yet the service do not exist in Heidelberg mall Steers and Fish aways and the manager could not care less. Did not even they to fix the problem or take action, after even she was not in the store, was standing outside
