Has covid-19 killed Steers vision?

Last week Tuesday I bought steers burger at Silver Oaks Pretoria East. Burger had no pickles and tomatoes no nothing, and the patty has no steers flavor. I rate them one star, worst burger experience ever. Not going there ever again. Wednesday the following day, I bought steers patties at pnp Hazeldean to see if really steers patties taste have really changed and yes it has. The patty shrinks to annoying small size when you fry them, it's dry and has no spice. I want to know why steers is cutting corners during covid-19 and thinking that people won't notice anything? Am I the only one who has picked this up?
