Hard and dry Burgers, Rude Manager

I placed an order for 4 burgers at Steers Durbanville at 15:24, I then called at 15:27,the person answering told me the 4 burgers are complete, I was highly surprised as I've ordered this before in store and always wait at least 10 minutes, when I received the order it explained everything to me that these burgers were pre made, it was hard and dry as can come I immediately called them and the cashier prefusely apologized then took my number, the manager called me to have a full on fight with me, she did not apologize she was arrogant and extremely rude, how she was placed to assist customers goes beyond my understanding, at the end she screamed that she will check the cameras and dropped the call. I had to buy something else for supper this evening, poor poor service and management!!
