Great professionalism and helpfulness from Poppy

I withdrew R200 from an Express ATM at Steers Ventersburg and the second R100 note came out torn and the other piece, about a quarter of the note was missing. I was really frustrated as that was my last money coming from home in the Eastern Cape, not knowing if anyone would believe what I was saying. I asked at the garage and they referred to the Steers manager by the name of Poppy. She was very professional and helpful. She handled the situation with great professionalism and she exchanged the note for me. I'm very grateful Poppy, keep the good work up
