Great Food, Worst Customer Service!

I have sent a complaint about Rivergate Steers over a week ago and have not received any feedback. The chat bot on Facebook messenger keeps telling me that they will get in touch shortly yet it has been days. The Rivergate team then continues to lie and say that they have sent me numerous emails that I have not responded to, they have sent me two emails and I have rep**** over 10 times. So even thought the food is great, they have the worst customer service!!
