Glass or something in my mothers burger

Yesterday We bought the Mega Cheese & Bacon Duo from the Steers at Nkomo Village and mother found something that looks like glass in her Burger. We called them yesterday and they said they will send someone to come and collect the burger but no one came. Today we waited hoping that they will call but nothing.
