Given the run around

Since my last review on Steers Mall of the South, i received a call saying I can come get a free burger as an apology. I was told to ask for Yvonne. I did inform the caller that I stay in Secunda and dont visit Mall of the South often. They assured me it was fine.

I am at Mall of the South today, Yvonne works in Fish Aways. Debornaires tried to assist but they could not find the complaint details. I do not blame the staff here but the head office that was supposed to send complete information and the correct contact person.

I must say the staff including Yvonne were very helpful even though there was not much they could do
