Furious bad service,need to close

I have never ever experienced such disgusting service...this is not my first time I complain,I have written to steers head office trying to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves because honestly things do happen and last time i ordered came after two hours,but till today I have never got a call back now today really they out done themselves,I order at 19h55 till now order is nowhere to be found ,I called countless times no answer ,mind you before I ordered I asked if it's possible since there is load shedding ,she just continued to take order and never actually answered my question.so I get things get out of hand but projection is important ,I called at 8 and if there is a manager I should think part of his/ her work is to project ahead ,and try and stop disaster before it happens ,based on previous experience obviously...I am angry and discussed no service and I think you deserve to be closed,you serve no good to public and you run the business like a ****a shop ,no more ..I forget I tried coming there as well only to order then after an hour of being there to be told there is no cheese yet she took my order and apparently never said we have no cheese but told everyone after me,only when I saw people who ordered after me are leaving before me then I asked about my order ,she said we still waiting for cheese from driver ,this was in the evening ,God knows where they got the cheese
