Frustrated out of pocket customer for a meal I never received.

On the 20th of March ordered food online from Steers Sky City which was accepted and paid for online, after an hour or so of not receiving my order I call the Contact centre only to be advised they are not operating...I asked how because I just ordered food online order was accepted by the stored and food was paid for online.The lady I spoke to from the contact centre couldn't explain it to me either.As I type this review I still remain out of pocket of the money I paid, for a mealnI never received...Getting them to refund me is such a nightmare, call the contact centre some other lady said I should contact the store directly, of which I asked how when they are not operating only then she advised me to log a complain with Famous Brands which will speed up my refund query which I did on the 25th of March and got a reference...Not me calling today 7th of April to follow up on the case, not the lady from reception telling about an email yet I called a week ago being the 25th and was tranfered to the correct department to log my query. This is so frustrating being taken from pillar to post just to get my money back.
