From bad to worse service

I placed an online order on Friday, 29/02, phone after 1:30, just to be cut off. I send mail. Following morning I was called by supervisor to say the manager is following up to see what happened with order, will get back to me, needless to say no call back or explanation received. Not first time I received thisbtyoe of service
