Food ordered not delivered 3 times

The service sucks. im actually their regular customer since they opened. Last night was the third time i called for delivery and i waited all night. Im awake writing this only because i am hungry. I called them at 6:15 as usual i was told that my food will be delivered in 45 minutes. 7:15 which is an hour later i called them again for follow up. i was told they will call me back. Well, they did. but when that guy called me, his name is Willie, the manager. He was actually calling to tell me they dont have ice cream which was part of my order. and he asked what would i like instead. Well i wasnt upset as i should have been since it was after an hour they decided to call for that. He asked me what would i like instead. i told him ill take juice. He then told me he was going to hand the phone to the Cashier. Cashier s name is Deneo who will change take and change the ice cream and replace with anything i want. Deneo, the Cashier took over. i told her ill have juice and some small fries if possible. She said there is no fries/chips. i made a comment and said "what do u guys have. u might as well close the shop then ". We continued. she told me she has Pasion fruit and Fruit ****tail. i told her ill take Pasion fruit. We finished. i hanged up. I waited. 1 hour later again 8:15pm i called. my food still not delivered. i spoke to someone who told me i dont have an order. she asked me if maybe i didnt order from a different Steers. i told her No. i always order from just one and the number is saved on my phone. i told her to call a guy he knows what im talking about. The guy came; Willie, The manager. i learned at that time he was actually the manager. the one who called me for ice cream. Willie the manager told me my order was cancelled by Deneo the Cashier becos i made a comment and said they might as well close the shop for the day becos everything i asked for. they dont have. my original order was Pap, Brisket and Wors for R59.99. and 2 Ice creams in cups, 1 plain and 1 with Caramel. After speaking to Willie the manager i got cut off. he never apologised. he never called back. He simply told me they are closed for deliver at that time he cant do anything. Deneo cancelled my order. The service is pathetic. the other two times i ordered. they simple didnt deliver. nobody called to say anything. nobody apologised. they take more ordered that they cant fullfill. greedy and cant deliver. yesterday was first night Level 2 corona and it was Wecky Wednesday special. they must have been busy but continued taking orderes beyind their capacity. Pathetic!
