Food Issues

My husband Barry bought Steers on Friday night 28/05/2021 at approximately 20:35 @ Steers Goodwood 2X large Chips and 2 Milkshakes. There was a coloured lady on duty and the supervisor. Upon him arriving at home I opened the packets with chips and it did not look like the regular steers type chips we are use to. It just looked as if that chips was just dumped in oil quickly & taken out. We were very disappointed as we do not buy chips anywhere else but steers because it has a unique way of making chips and the chips is still edible the next day (not like the other food outlets chips that you have to throw away after an hour).. But this chips was not steers chips and it tasted horrible, I don't know if the fryer was broken or what was the problem. I gave it to the dog both packets. The chocolate milkshake tasted sour. My daughter drank her one... I immediately noticed that the milk was a different texture and kept tasting it but something was definitely off with the milkshake.
