Food complained ignored for over 2 weeks

I’ve raised a concern over the food received from steers over a week ago and these guys couldn’t be bothered as to query raised, and the fact that concerned customer. Talk about giving your customers the middle finger. It is deeply disturbing that you guys treat customers of such nature. I’m disgusted
